44 Short
« on: January 20, 2011, 12:38:53 am »
You've heard of 44 S&W Russian, 44 Special and 44 Magnum.. :D ;)
Well I think/did create a 44 Short using 45 ACP case... :o ::)

First with a Lee 44 sizing die I tap/pounded a 45 ACP case into the die and tapped it out with a rod sized to the ID of the 45 ACP case... 8)

SLOW, but something to do... :P

I loaded a 255gr semi-wadcutter.... 8)

Your powder source left up to you, UNIQUE ???..... ;) :D ;D

Load of fun to shoot.......... :o :o

Ever hear of 45 Cowboy?  It's a 45 ACP length case with a 45 LC rim.  Some guy had a whole bunch of cases made for Cowboy Action shooting.  I bought a few hundred but never used them.
