Tried installing Rocker Arm (STAR) per your Drawing, It's Backwards, the end you show for Primer Punch
is the end for the Rocker Arm Tappet.............Wouldn't work that way..........PLEASE re-evaluate.......... ??? :D

What you are saying is that the rocker arm will only go one way?
How can we tell which end is which?
Install it and if it won't work, that is the wrong way? More details please. I haven't had to disassemble this part of mine, yet.

Its not rocket science.   If you install the rocker arm backwards, the primer punch will sit proud of the primer bushing.   If that happens, take it out and turn it around...................

Aaaarrrrgggghhhh.....

Figures. When I finally write something down it get it backwards. That piece of paper has been in my parts box for twenty years. Obvious that I never read it as I have taken apart my machines several times for cleaning.

On the other hand, I suppose I could say I was half correct....

Thanks to Bruce for the "Rocket Science" lesson.

Cheers,

Dave

The "pointy end" ..."points" to the primer punch is how I remember which way it goes...it's not real pointy but the shape is different at each end.

Hey guys, thanks for all the help..............
If the wrong end like 'rbwillnj' eluded to, the primer punch protrudes above the Primer Slide locking up the machine ;D

There is 2 ends, the Fat ball (round end) end goes under the Tappet ;)
The smaller, not so round end, slightly pointed end works the Primer Punch... ;D

I'm doing a Drawing with Proper ID, which I'll Post later 8)

Also, I took out the little screw under the base that restricts the Primer Punch from Falling Below the #12U* Steel Floor Base,
Description is as Follows:

Specs:
SCREW:
Slotted Fillister = 6-32 x 6/32"
WASHER:
Diameter = .375 OD
Screw Hole = .136"
Thickness = .038 varies
