Sizing dies, top punches, die removal tools.
« on: December 13, 2015, 12:01:43 am »
I have an older lube/sizer that I need some parts for to do .357 and .45 bullets that I cast.

What I need are .358 and .451 acp sizing dies, top punches and the die removal tool/tools.

The machine I have has a lock nut on the top punch stem, the lock nut is 11/16",
and the stem is 1/2" fine thread.

The sizer was given to me years ago and I now cast my own.
Any and all help will be appreciated.

Greetings,

The 1/2" "fine thread" is a non-standard thread. It is actually 1/2-27 (twenty seven).

Bruce Williams of Star Machine Works should have plenty of lock nuts if you need them.

Magma Engineering bought the Star Greaser line and currently make parts and dies.

Of course, it is always nice to buy second hand Genuine Star dies and punches.

Cheers,

Dave
