NRA SR-1 Entry Form

This Excel package was designed to provide a way of printing up NRA SR-1 cards with a competitor's information already present. In this manner a competitor can print up cards ahead of time and be that much more prepared for a match when they arrive. Some entries will still be needed to be made with pen; the check marks for all individual matches and indoor/outdoor reporting, the circles for class and category and the signature.

Features

• Prints out form with information from a source worksheet
• Multiple entries can be kept on the source worksheet and cut and pasted into the appropriate cells on the source sheet. These cells are automatically formatted and copied to the Main Card worksheet and made ready for printing
• All spacing is calculated within the cells on the Main sheet
• A blank card can be printed by leaving the cells on the source sheet empty

Score Cards for Matches (both Indoor and Outdoor formats)

This Excel package was designed to provide a set of score cards for matches. The file is set up to print two cards per one 8.5 by 11 inch piece of paper (or card stock). Each card has all the blocks needed to track an entire 900 aggregate.

• Match and aggregate totals are set out to the right of the main area for easier use

CMP EIC Entry and Score Card

This Excel package was designed to provide a copy of the common Entry and Score Card used for CMP EIC Pistol Matches. The file is set up to print two cards per one 8.5 by 11 inch piece of paper (or card stock). Front and back sheets are provided so that complete forms can be produced by turning the paper (or card stock) over and reprinting with the alternate worksheet.

• Both front and back of form are reproduced in alignment creating two forms per one 8.5 by 11 inch paper (or card stock)
